DO I HAVE TO E-MAIL MY ORDER FIRST? -NO! You are more than welcome to just snail mail or PayPal your order without our approval. But please, list alternate selections incase a particular item is out of stock. PLEASE NOTE, you can expect a very quick reply if you do e-mail us concerning the availability of a particular item. Plus, we'll know to hold your items until your payment arrives.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? -We try to ship all orders the same day we receive payment or at the latest, the next business day! If you placed your order through our shopping cart, please allow 1 week for the package to arrive. Although, dozens of people have said they received their package in just a few days! If you are located outside the USA, please allow 2 or 3 weeks for your postal service to deliver your package to you. However, several customers have received their package much quicker than this! Please note, REGISTERED air mail may take slightly longer to arrive, but is the safest way to ship outside the USA.

CAN I HAVE MY CDs SHIPPED WITHOUT JEWEL CASES? -YES! This option pertains more to customer located outside the USA, and is much cheaper to ship! Of course we package the CDs very well so the booklets DO NOT get bent and the CDs DO NOT get scratched, this is our main concern! If you prefer to have your CDs sent without the cases, please let us know & we'll calculate the exact shipping cost for you. Large orders within the USA are also welcome to have their CDs sent without jewel cases! The less you have to pay for postage, the better!!! |

CAN YOU HOLD MY ORDER? -We hold items for people that send us a quick confirmation e-mail stating their payment has been sent. This only takes a minute of your time and prevents items from becoming "out of stock" when your payment arrives. However, please do not abuse this policy and lie about your payment being sent when in fact it has not! We understand that you cannot dash out to the post office immediately to send your payment so please just let us know the day you will be able to mail the payment and we will hold your order, just don't forget to send the payment. |
